The starting settler wagons on the crates really help with bumping, so they queue the first villie at around 5-6 seconds.
Unlike other civs they can click age up with 17 vills at 3:00. Weakness: Don't have many, they start slower than some civs but make up for it with great cards.Part of what makes germans a top civ right now is they have quite a fast start.
